Aug 18 , Aug 17 , Xero Navigation Bar - Slow performance when accessing Reports tab. Resolved - Our team has resolved the issue impacting customers trying to access Reporting. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Monitoring - Our team has implemented a fix and we are currently monitoring the results.

Investigating - We are aware that all customers trying to navigate in Xero are experiencing performance issues when accessing the Reports tab. Investigating - We are aware customers trying to access Learning in Xero Central are currently unable to do so. Aug 11 , Aug 10 , Resolved - HMRC has resolved this issue. Aug 10 , UTC. Update - HMRC are continuing to investigate this issue. For further updates, please see HMRC's status page. Aug 9 , Aug 8 , Hubdoc - Documents uploading are not being processed. Our technical teams have identified that this related to an issue with one of the hosts.

After restarting the host, performance returned to normal. Aug 8 , UTC. Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where documents uploaded to Hubdoc are not being processed.

We will update you as soon as we have any further information. Customers receiving errors in Xero. Resolved - Our team has resolved the issue that was impacting customers ability to access certain products in Xero. A change was made to our production monitoring tool which resulted in interruptions to our services.

Our technical teams identified the cause and have resolved this going forward. Identified - We have identified the issue that is causing users to experience error messages when accessing certain products in Xero.
